Wear loose, comfortable clothing and follow the preparation instructions provided for your appointment. Do not wear contact lenses, petroleum-based skin or hair products, or jewelry that cannot be removed. Electronics are not allowed inside the chamber for safety reasons.
Ask us before bringing any item into the chamber. If you have questions about clothing, personal items, or preparation, please contact us before your visit.

As the chamber pressure gradually increases, you may notice a feeling of fullness in your ears, similar to the sensation during an airplane ascent or descent. Tell us promptly if you feel discomfort or have trouble equalizing your ears. We will explain what to expect before your session. Pressure is reduced before you leave the chamber. Experiences vary from person to person.

We do not accept insurance or issue superbills. However, we do offer a sliding scale for qualifying clients. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation and available options.

Soft-sided chambers have flexible walls, while hard-sided chambers have a rigid structure. Operating pressure, oxygen delivery, intended use, and safety requirements depend on the specific device. SoRay uses a soft-sided chamber. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about our equipment or whether a session is appropriate for you.
-
Tell us promptly if you feel uncomfortable or would like to end your session. The chamber must be depressurized before you exit. Our early-exit fees are:
• First Early Exit (<30 minutes): FREE
• Second Early Exit (<30 minutes): 50% Fee
• Third or Subsequent Early Exit (<30 minutes): Full Session Fee
• Any exit after thirty (30) minutes: Full Session Fee.
